Three60 Recruitment was established early in 2009, with the aim of providing a high calibre but cost-efficient proposition at a time when human capital investment in business growth was scarce.
Given that the UK (and much of the world) was in the grip of the worst recession in living memory, a lot of people told us we were crazy! Whilst there might have been a grain of truth in that observation, we were determined to offer our clients a first-class, bespoke service, sourcing the candidates who would really make a difference to their businesses in what were very difficult times.
By doing things well and keeping our promises, Three60 flourished. Fast forward to the present day and we have grown in strength and depth. We are now perfectly placed to help our clients with a different (albeit more positive) set of challenges – to seek out and secure the best talent in the market, to grow and take advantage of better economic times.

Whether you come to us as a candidate or a client, our methodology is simple but effective and always done well – an initial in-depth meeting to really get to the bottom of your particular situation and to map out the best way forward. We then work in close partnership with you, identifying suitable firms or talent, working with your full knowledge and consent at all times. Before meetings are arranged, a full in-depth briefing and follow up post-interview for feedback from both sides before moving forward to the next stage, negotiating and agreeing a mutually beneficial offer.
